Basically the last time I had a good sleep routine was at least 5 years ago.
The truth is that most of the time I used to fall asleep at 8pm, to wake up at 7AM at most.
And on vacation, I used to fall asleep at midnight and wake up 10 hours later.
But now I’m going to hell. That of falling asleep at 6 / 7pm to wake up at 2 or 3 AM does not come out at all productive, because basically I lose time in which other people sleep so peacefully … I swear I want to wake them all with cold water.
I envy them.
